In February of this year, I responded to a free trial offer from Dermavine, which offered samples of their skin products for the cost of shipping. I provided my account information, and shortly thereafter, my credit card was charged for an additional $89.95, ostensibly for a 30-day supply of their products. I did not place an order for a 30-day supply - I ordered the "free trial." I phoned them and informed them that I had only received the trial order and wished to cancel any further orders. I also called my bank and had them reverse the charge. The company sent my bank the shipping paperwork for the trial offer and claimed that it was proof of delivery of a full 30-day supply at full-price. The bank reinstated the charge based on that lie. I will be pursuing this further. Stay away from this company! They are scam-artists of the first order!
