In February I responded to an online ad by Dermavine offering a free trial of their skin products for the cost of shipping. Shortly thereafter, my credit card was charged for $89.95 - the price of a 30-day supply. Since I only ordered a trial, which they did send, I called them and told them that I did not want a 30-day supply and asked them to cancel any further charges. I also had my bank reverse their charge to my account. The company told the bank that I had placed the 30-day order and had authorized the charge. They provided delivery information for the trial order stating that it was for the 30-day supply order - which was false. I am now disputing the charge once again with the bank, and I will be filing scam reports far and wide regarding this company. Stay away!
