I took the offer because it was a trial version. I only had to pay the shipping and handling fees of $5.95 on each product. They were not upfront on the cost because on April 14 they took $189.98 and $179.95 for revoluxe and retinolla on my visa. Their terms state that because I did not return the products after the trial version was done, I get charged full price for their crappy product.
I did not read the terms at the time of purchase, but I will do so going forward. Nowhere on the order confirmation did it say that the trial period was only two weeks will be charged full price if I did not return it.
Also, I found out that I was auto enrolled in these products and will be receiving them monthly unless I opt out (I had to login on the account they created for me).
They were very unapologetic on the email that they sent me. I am very unhappy with the way they conduct business.
