Our company is M's adult shop in tokyo, we sold this customer a penis shaped vibrator that she purchased from our shop. This customer broke the device and tried to scam us by opening a credit card dispute which she successfully won. We are now out of pocket by $50 USD plus postage, just because she's in the UK she thinks we cannot do anything about it, but instead we shall let others know what he has done.
