Began in 8/2016 & last contact is the message below sent 3/28/2017. Most contact w/Calvin Marshall, all by phone. One grant became 5 by 8/29/2016. Fees to wire deposit = $15,000, IRS tax = $5,900, to send via Money Gram = $3,080, to send via paper check = $2,800 + $2,970 (explained below, unpaid), No Objection Certificate (NOC) = $2,500, Currency Exchange Fee = $1,800, New Credit Dept. President (post election day) = $2,500, VAT = $1,150, Registration & Late Fees = $250 + 250 + 450, Validation fee = $1,000, Credit Score boost = $1,400.

To withdraw for a refund rather than continue would cost $2,000 in 11/2017 for legal fees.

Each payment request came w/a certain promise of a next day deposit or check, sometimes within hours of my payment clearing. Errors for any reason caused a duplicate payment by me. Any waiver of fee was reversed upon satisfaction of my portion (i.e. below, a 40% waiver is offered but the payment of $2,970 will then require payment of the remaining $1,980 before check will be released). This happened on at least 4 occasions. All money is kept to be refunded w/grant but cannot be returned otherwise.

I received a pdf of the check for $98,622 as drawn on a U.S. Treasury check. Recently, they insisted I take cash via Money Gram w/a check to follow in a series of smaller payments. They provided two (2) reference numbers to be activated for $1,200 each before I could pick up the money. I paid for one, it never came in spite of their 3 attempts to send in 3/2017. Calvin required me to pay for the other before putting the check in pay status in the message below.
