I purchased a resort trip for 4 AND a cruise for 2 in December 2016. They told me I would receive my cruise certificate once I get back from the resort. I've been trying to get my cruise certificate since January 9 and still haven't got it. A women who work there, Carole, even hung up on me... Then the customer service emailed me that I had a disputed with my bank and got a refund!!! I never did and my bank statements and credit cards statements can prove it! After I told them that I never got a refund I received an other email from customer service saying they can't refund me but I can sell my package! Lol! I just want to have my cruise certificate so I can book my cruise!!! I don't which to sell it... I'm guessing they don't have any tin to do with me since I didn't buy a time sharing on my resort trip. Could you help please!! I would have never bought that package if it didn't included the cruise because the flights were very expensive from Quebec City so it wasn't a deal at all. Julie

- Julie, when you were in Mexico, did you incur any additional charges for the hotel? was the airport transfer included?
