I was forced to answer a survey before logging into my BMO Account. at the end of the survey it said claim your prize. Only pay $3.95 Shipping. They then sent it to me twice and charged me twice for shipping. Then 2 weeks later was charged $189. I called my credit card company to cancel my credit card. I then called the company. They finally cancelled my subscription that I didnt even know I had and proceeded to send me 4 emails stating it is the customers responsibility to read all the terms (yes this is true), but they hide them in such fine print and amidst so much legal jargon that like most, I clicked yes. They also threatened me that if I try to file a complaint of fraud with my credit card company they will bring me to legal action and told me they lose less then 2% of their cases. This company is disgusting. They only remain in business because they have mastered how to deceive unwilling customers into buying products they dont want or even know about.
