I have as many other customers not gotten my package and been overcharged. I agreed to buy one they changed it so I ended up bying got three products, without being informed about it. I contacted customer service and been provided with the wrong tracking nb.Ive been charged four times more than I agreed to, plus never gotten the product and cant trace it.
I asked to get my money back or the product. They tried to send it to Norway. But, I was not allowed to get it out of the post office due to rules. They did not do the groundwork to check if it was illegal in Norwegian customs? Very pathetic. I never got the product nor money in return. I got robbed!
