This company has switched names. orginally i went to a semiar in Columbus, Ohio for real estate called Jessie & Tina Rodriquez that are stars of Vintage Flips on T. V. This was the ad that was sent out. Well when you get to semiar they are no were to be found.

Someone else was doing all of the talking, cost was $1,997 for three day workshop that next week in Columbus, Ohio. So i could not pay that. i left early and then when i called back about a different option, because that act as if they want everyone to get this training, i was told there is a online version that is like you are at the workshop for $500.

I paid $500 and the three days was Stephen Edwards talking etc. and if went over some topics, but nothing solid or never told you how to do it. because they want you to pay them to mentor you. Kept talking about some software that will do it all for you etc.

After i paid my $500, i called consultant for help to get started 3-27-17 his name was Chris Bartold after he took down all my information, then he told me i have to pay him $500 to mentor me and $100 a month for this software, when i told him i did not have the $500, because i just paid out $500, he said well call me by the end of the week when you have it.

I called company back and complained about him and she said so sorry blah, blah and said a Ben Williams will call me, never heard back from them.

This company has changed names from insiders edge, Response, Success in Real Estate and who knows what other names they are using, but it is all the same bate and switch, they say they will help you get deal etc and lend you the transfactional fee of $750,000 on each deal etc.

Then they say for Diamond partnership is $24,000 and to use credit cards or ask someone to help you so you can go to Buying Summit in Vegas.

If anyone is reading this dont waste your time, they get you fired up only to let you down and want more money.. I should have known something was wrong when i ask April the woman i signed up with if she did this and she said "NO"..

Beware don't spend any money with this company, you will regret it.
