After finally getting myself out of the clutches of a 3mobile contract and Three promising to send a cheque refund I received a letter telling me to phone them if I wanted my refund , I already told them I want no further phone conversations as I wasted many hours going round the departments when they were giving me the runaround ... their telephone staff are very polite until you try and cancel or refuse an upgrade then things get nasty .. I found my cancellation process with 3 nasty, spiteful and cruel ...I am a disabled person and they knew it . shocking treatment from 3 .
