I am writing this for everyone to see. I was working as a security guard in a very respectable hotel in Cyprus on the above date. We identified this individual, Emir Osman as a possible burgler/looter as he used to frequent our hotel a great deal and there was spate of room robberies every time he was spotted in the lobby.
He will sit in the lobby, reading a newspaper and he was very friendly with the staff as he was a regular at our hotel.
One day I spotted him checking out some tourists from Russia. He was spotted on the same floor when we received a complaint that someone had walked into a guests room and taken all their cash.
I saw him live on camera on that floor.
As he was a guest I could not accuse him of anything without proof but other staff also remember him hanging around the area. I am sure he is a burgler , following innocent tourists and robbing them. Once he sensed we were watching im, he checked out and does not come to our hotel anymore. Also there are no more burglaries after he left.
