I ordered a 'free' sample and was charged $7.69 in shipping charges dated Feb.17/17(transaction date)(Feb.21/17 posting date). These shipping charges will be paid. BUT, there was absolutely nothing in the box that the 'free' sample arrived in, that would suggest that I would be responsible for any additional products in a few weeks time.
I was charged an additional $143.31 on Mar.07/17(transaction date)( Mar. 08/17 posting date) for something that I have not ordered or received. I am requesting that the charge of $143.31 be credited to my visa account as it appears on your accounts receivable.
