These arrived(2 boxes--1 pair of uggs in each box.) i had been looking online at one pair, which did come in my size. the other pair of uggs, i had not been looking at. they didn't look quite right.
I called uggs and they said they thought they were counterfeits.
I tried to call the phone number listed in china but that didn't work and the phone company said they had received the same complaint about the phone no. from other people.
There is no information with the package to tell where it might have been ordered from. There is no receipt with the packages.
what should i do???
