I ordered a "free" watch in january. I Agreed to pay shipping, nothing else. The company took $98 from my checking account on Feb.2 and on Mar. 2. They agreed to refund the March deduction of $98 but not the Feb. amount. So, without authorization from me or my husband, the company deducted $196 from my checking account.
