I am writing a complaint on behalf of my father-n-law who bought 1 bottle of Essence of Argan which was on sale for $10 each. We reside in NZ so it was expected to have shipping which on the site said was $5.99 plus the exchange rate added. However when my father-n-law recieved his bank statement $143 had been taken. This bottle was purchased in December, then.... January came around and unbeknowned to my father-n-law another payment was taken from his account, the amount of $143 and then a product was recieved. He has tried to call the company to see what the situation is and no reply, he has emailed the company and again no reply. $286 out of pocket for a product that was advertised for $10 and invoiced for $10. WTH very upset
