This company is a very believeable scam because they use a bunch of phony endorsement letters and testimonials and tell people they are part of the Chinese government. The owner is a former Chinese government official named Peter Cheng. They cheat hundreds of university students all over the world. They bait them to come study for free at a top university in China, BUT they must pay a $500 application & processing fee to Beijing ChiWest which is a company he and his wife also own.
