I strongly believe this is a fake shipping company to give more time to online scammer by providing fake tracking number or get more money for x reason.
I bought a kite for kiteboarding and the scammer sent the kite via Reliable exel, he provide a tracking number. I did called the shipping company to know what was going on, because i 'm not receiving the gear. They said I had to paid more money to get my gear because they want a custome fee. they tried to get more money from me.
