We hired Andrew to do some work at our house. Gave him $800 dollars cash. He was suppose to drop off the contract the following morning and never showed. Was in contact with him several times, but would never come over with it when he said he would, said it was "just a piece of paper". We then told him we wanted to cancel the job and get our money back. He said he would do that. He would set up times to either come by or meet us somewhere and would never show. Eleven times total. He continued to play these games with us. He has major problems. DO NO TRUST!
