I ordered Siren Song, I tried emailing them all emails came back. I sent the alarms back to them and they kept the alarms. Telling me when I finally found their phone number that there was a 30% restocking fee and that they would give them to me at a discount of 30% off. I was told about this email because I never received it.
Today March 7 I received two more sirens. I finally found a phone number and called them. They told me I mailed back the siren at my loss. That they could only refund me for the two I have today at $39.95. That it's my loss. I spoke with a supervisor and this was all he could do.
The sirens are huge, ugly and not worth investing in.

- I totally agree. I also returned the ones I received. They are not what I ordered. In addition, they charged the $8.95 subscription for 'Siren Song Store' even though I had immediately contacted them to cancel well within the 30 days. Then they only wanted to refund me half of the $8.95. It's been 4 days. Still no refund. This is a huge scam and ripoff!
