Selected a FREE trial sample for wrinkle reducing serum (Renaderm) on 2/17/17, was charged $95 for one product CUSTOM NATURALS SUPPORT@CUSTO TX 78633 US and additional charge of $100 for a second product, (Nuriva) MGNHEALTH 888-241-6098 FL 33139 US (Specialty Food Store). Charged again on 3/1/17 and again on 3/3/17 for same as named above for $95 and $100. I called to tell them to stop, I now believe this to be a continuing billing scam, the person I spoke with could not find my account info. I contacted my credit card dispute provider and she contacted a person claiming to just be working in a call center, but surprise, she was able to talk to her supervisor to offer a partial refund, ONLY on the 3/1/17 order and claimed that there was no charge on 3/3/17, but my fraud department representative was able to get all refunds except for the 2/17/17 charges. These SCAMMERS are EVIL, ripping off people with absolutely no remorse or compassion or even an apology. Their response was "You should have read the fine print" but these products were shipped via USPS and there was ZERO paperwork with shipment. No sales receipt, no invoice, no statement, no address or phone number, NOTHING. No way of contact or that future shipments were going to be automatically charged and shipped.
