I was under Student Loan Service.US for about a year now. It took them that long to enroll me in a repayment program after several loan deferments and a forbearance. When I was finally enrolled in a repayment program, the first month went in as an automatic payment from my bank account since they had my bank information to charge me a monthly $49 service fee. When I was filing my taxes and looked up my loan status, I was 180 days overdue on my payment and I had made $0.00 contributions to my student loan. I was "delinquent" and none of my payments had gone through. I called Student Loan Service.US to complain and request a reimbursement of my service fees since I was paying them to literally do nothing and sit on my student loan. They had claimed that they were only in charge of submitting my application for a repayment option and that I had to setup my payment methods myself. I mentioned that my first payment went in and that they had initiated the payment and after that I suppose nothing was being done. This company is a scam and I pray that someone can file a class action lawsuit against them in CA since I saw that there was one filed in Massachusetts just last year in Sept. 2016. PLEASE LISTEN TO THIS AND DO NOT USE STUDENT LOAN SERVICE.US
