I also was caught in the scam concerning Fashion In Vogue after completing a survey from "CVS". A watch and sunglasses were sent to me on January 20 and 21. I tried contacting their customer service department without result. I concluded that 11.00 was not a big deal so I let it go. Then in February 20 and 21 another package came with another watch and glasses. I tried researching with no avail. Then I received my credit card statement with a total charged of: 375.98.
At 74 and financially budgeted I'm concerned. I contacted the credit card, CVS, Clark Howard legal team in Atlanta...and now I wait but will not stop. Be on the lookout.
