I got calls from this number in the past. My phone rings once and that's it. Very annoying. So I put them in my spam file, which I have instructed my phone not to answer, so my phone wouldn't ring at all. They attempted to call me early today, but of course they didn't get through. Then this evening for the first time my phone did ring - loudly - again and again and again... until I finally picked up. I said hello. The lady at the other end said something like hello and hung up. How did she/they do this? I don't know. Who are they? I don't know.
