On Feb 6, 2017 I was awarded the option of a luxury watch women's design for shipping charges only of $5.99. The watch was delivered as expected and was intended as a Valentines gift for my wife. On March 1, 2017 we noticed an unexpected charge for $98.00 to Beauty Well Defined, 844-322-3911. This charge was unauthorized and totally made without consent on my part. When I contacted the company, they said the charge was a re-occurring MONTHLY charge that I agreed to after a 14 day trial period with the delivered merchandise. No where on the literature presented to me on line was there any disclosure of this nature. Additionally the watch is of EXTREMELY POOR quality and not worth even the $5.99 we paid for shipping. It is no where near a luxury product. I will never purchase again and forewarn others avoid this company based on fraudulent sales practices and shoddy quality of merchandise. Company operates under the names of "FashionSupportExchange.com and Beauty Well Defined".

- Same thing happened to me. Although they charged $6.99 for that watch to my CC account but I called my credit card company and told them to stop payments from this merchant anymore. Not sure if I can dispute this $6.99 transaction. When I called the given number for cancellation of my order, the lady told me that they don't sell these products and she cannot help me. It is so frustrating and I am not sure whether they are going to send monthly these products and charge us anything?
