I received a phone call on Nov. 29 from a local phone number claiming they were selling five star resort hotel packages plus a free cruise upon return from the hotel stay. I changed my mind during the call and didn't want want purchase the package. I even spoke to the manager of the rep i was speaking to. He said he can't reverse the charge.
I asked for a refund in writing and over the phone plus sent their cancellation request and still I have received no refund. Customer service is terrible. They are not responding to my emails now.
