I was charged 27.70 without my knowledge or consent on Saturday, 2/18/17. Immediately contacted my financial institution. They closed the account. Together, we called the company. The bank clerk spoke to the person on the phone, then I did. The bank refunded my money and the fraud department is pursuing this. I kept asking the person on the phone what the product was. They claimed they could not find my account, therefore had no idea what product was "sold" to me. The person never did answer me about the "product".
