I applied for a loan online and i received a call from a couple of people. The loan agent i spoke with said do to my bad credit i had to pay 189.00 to secure the loan with insurance and after they process the payment to insurance company i would get the 5000.00 loan deposit to my account. The following day i called to ask why i didn't receive the loan yet. The guy then said i needed to send the cost of taxes to have the funds released to my account. I then asked for a refund for the insurance payment and to cancel the loan because i can't afford this kind of loan
They won't refund me and it doesn't state anywhere in the email contract about paying taxes for the loan for that I would not be refunded
