I bought a Boilsoft video splitter and joined from this company for $51.92. I got the links and downloaded and registered with the code key provided for both. The product never got registered with the keys provided. I tried over and over again to register it. Without registerqtion the Boilsoft doesn't let me cut the video more than 2 minutes, is of no use to me I I can't cig the video for more than 2 minutes. I needed it for next day. It didn't serve any purpose at all. I emailed Avangate and Boilsoft both and no one responded back. I even asked for refund request on their website but no answer. Every time I filed a complaint i received an email that they are working on it. But no one contacted me to resolve it. Then I get an email to rate customer service when I didn't receive any customer service. Canyou please help me get my money back.
