I have ordered a free trial for $4.95 with understanding that if I like the product, I will purchase more after 30 days trial period. I have received 2 unauthorized charges on 2/1/17 for $189.40 and once again on 2/14/17 for the same amount. I called and asked for refund for 2/14/17 but was told that this is not a mistake but rather" I was properly charged at the end of my trial period on 2/1/16. Customer service agent Amber was not helpful and aloof. Horrible company! I cancelled auto ship order all together and will keep and eye on this company to make sure they have done it. Even though the product is good, advertising is very misleading and smells like a scam.
