I received 2 jars of Renaderm, which I never ordered.
Their invoice & jars of Renaderm, gives no email address, phone number or company address. After spending hours on the internet, I found their address, phone number and email address, which I will post after my complaint. I am now waiting for an answer to my emails and letter. I told them I never ordered the item and will not pay for it. I will return it to them but I need an address to send it to them. I also, told them if I get a bill on my credit card, I will dispute it and contact my lawyer. I told them that I will send the credit card company and my lawyer copies on my emails and letters I sent to them, showing I tried to cancel any further shipment and refund any money charge to my credit card, they day after I receive the products.

We will see what happens now.
