I order a tigerlily dress online and received a completely random item of clothing. There was no receipt and no contact details on the website. When i tried to log on it said I did not exist and if I tried to create another account it said i already existed. If I tried to send the password (which was correct) to my email, one never came. Absolutely no email contact details are on the site so you cant tell them you have the incorrect item and return it.
