I took a Costco survey in January of 2017. A free watch came up and was sent out 1 7 2017. On February 17 2017 a charge appeared on my bank statement for 98.98. I called the number and they said the we're a call center and could not reverse the charges because it was past the 14 days. The said they do not put any information in the envelope related to returns. I also asked to speak to a supervisor and waited 35 minutes. She told me she could not tie up the phone any longer and I should have read the terms and conditions. After my card was declined I logged off and did not see any terms or conditions. All I want is my account credited. I just received another package today and do not want it and didn't order it.
