I filled out questionaire from CostCo and as a reward was offered several selections. I chose the watch with a $5.99 shipping charge. I then have received 3 watches and have been charged almost $100.00 each. I did not order any other watches beyond the one offered as a reward for filling out the questionaire. This is a SCAM!
