Our bus picked us up at our location at 3:30pm. We had to pick up at another location in catonville md. We get there 4:40pm to be told we have to wait for a them there time is at 6pm. So we had to wait on the bus until there group arrive because there coordinator did not give them a new time like us. So a 2 hour trip turns int into a 4 1/2 hour trip to come to Pa. I could have drove my car. Then to go through signing papers with our personal information to get into a concert why? Showing out I.D and bracelet to get our ticket should have been enough. Why don't you give our bracelets to bus coordinators when they check out our I.D before getting on the bus. It's worse than going to the airport and we no going anywhere but to Pa. on the bus. Also I paid for 2 people and my friend caught the flu and can't do a name change or get part of my money back is sad that you as a group can't come up with a better system instead of stealing people money. Offer a voucher for someone to use the following year. If I wasn't supporting a friend I would b done with your company. Going to the concert the bus you came on should be the bus you leave and return on to keep confusion down. You go on a bus and come back to get on the same bus and it's full so you have to run around in the cold to find a bus with a seat to accommodate you. Very disappointed you need to get together and come up with better solutions. This company is to big bringing in to much money not to make it better for the people who support you.
