this company dri-avast took 53.49 out of my accounton feb 17,2017 without my permission. went on thier website and then checked my emails and had a email from them with a order id and password which i never did . I went on that and it was a order for thier avast software which i never ordered and automatic payment which i never approved or gave permission the address they have i havent lived there for months. .they have no phone number so i can contact them about this serious matter . I sent them a email and requested a full refund of my 53.49 back into my account and all orders in my name be canceled and all bank info be deleted immediately ask for them to send me a email at [email protected] letting me know this has be solved and money has be put back in my account and everything canceled and deleted but no money returned or response as of yet. I will be talking to my bank and the bbb about this issue and this company. melody rangel
