I filled out a survey with Costco, that offered a free watch and free sunglasses if I paid the shipping and handling to. I pay the shipping and handling and received a pair of sunglasses and I watch. However, I later received a billing statement for the watch and sunglasses to the tune of $188.90. I called them and told them I did not order anything in addition and I definitely needed a refund of the $188.90. They said that they couldn't refund me the full amount because it was past 14 days cancellation date. I told him to cancel anything else and send me a full refund. And they said they couldn't do that they would give me a 50% cancellation fee which is a total rip off, total total rip off!!i'm recommending to all my friends not to buy anything from this company ever!
