I ORDERED A TRIAL 14 DAY SUPPLY OF CBD OIL ON 1/8/17. I MAILED THE OIL BACK UNOPENED BECAUSE I CANNOT USE THE OIL DUE TO MEDICATION THAT I AM ON. THE COMPANY STILL CHARGED ME 69.95. WHEN I CALLED, THEY WOULD NOT REFUND THE AMOUNT. I SPOKE WITH SUPERVISOR. SHE OFFERED TO REFUND 50%. I ASKED TO SPEAK WITH HER SUPERVISOR AND SHE KEPT TELLING ME THAT SHE DIDN'T HAVE ONE. SHE WOULD NOT TRANSFER ME OR GIVE ME A PHONE NUMBER.
