My computer was acting up and they called me and said they would check it. They did get it going again but said it would cost me $599.99. I did receive a contract which I signed and it had a 30 day money back refund policy.
A few days later my computer went completely down and they could not get it running again. I lost everything on the compouter. I called within the 30 days requesting my money back as I no longer had a computer. That was on 12-12-16. They told me then it would be a few days. I called every week after that and sometimes several times a day but they always came up with an excuse and continually lied to me as to when I could expect my refund. I called again on 2-13-17 and they said they are working on it.
a new person by the name of Sara was now answering the phone. She said she never heard of the request but I would receive an email with a confirmation # on it. I have never received anything,
The technicians name was Samuel Jenkins. I spoke to James Franklin on 1-23-17. They told me he was a supervisor, he also told me he would get the check in the mail that week. When I called billing, a person by the name on Isura,Isura thats what it sounded like to me but probably not spelling right, as he sounded foreign and hard to understand, would usually answer and get very defensive. I wrote down the names of the people I talked to but they were all probably lies
