I received a letter informing me that if I had a valid entry and a top score I could win $15,000. First I must pay a fee of $9, answer a question correctly and it was pretty much a sure thing. Of course I did not respond. A few weeks later another letter from same company. This letter is called Declaration of Decision-a formal notice of my chance to win $20,000 plus the $15,000. My nomination has been fully ratified but I must pay $9 again. They make these letters look all official in hopes you will send that fee in along with many others.
