On 6 November 2016 I purchased 2 x Slim Panties from the Deal Empire. The amount of R657.02 was immediately deducted out of my current account and a confirmation order was sent to me. This only had an order number on it. No shipping details were sent.
I sent numerous emails to ask for shipping details so that the parcel can be tracked.
It is now the 16th of February 2017 and still no parcel has been received by myself.
I have sent so many emails and just do not get any response.
This is theft from them. Wish I knew where to report them. Wonder how many other people were done in like this.
