I took a FREE online survey and at the end was given the oppertunity to pick a free gift. I picked the watch but I needed to pay for shipping and handling which was $5.99. I did receive the watch and it wasn't worth the $5.99 I paid for S & H. For the next four months I received a watch a month. They came in a envelop from Fashion In Vogue, 118 Park Ave., Building 4 Ste C, #600, Seaford, DE 19973 but had no invoice or any other papaer work. Last week I discovered a $98.00 charge on my debit card and traced it back to Fashion in Vogue. I called the phone number on my statement 844-321-6322 and the said I should have read the terms and conditions and the most they would return was 35%. I have cancelled my card and getting a new one.
