I ordered Several of their products, Firewall, Defrag and Advanced System Care. My computer immediately turned sluggish and kept freezing. I called the # for support. And almost immediately the Guy launched into a pitch telling me that hackers were in my computer and it would cost 600.00 or more to fix but today he could do it for 189.99. Needless to say I'm not doing that for a comp I paid 100.00 for I deleted all Programs and files and its been working fine. And my request's for a refund have been ignored.
