CHARGE WAS INTENDED TO BE $1.00 TRANASCATION AND TO CHANGE ADDRESS ON USPS SITE. IT WAS MY ERROR I DID NOT VERIFY THIS IS A THIRD PARTY. I WAS CHARGED SO FAR TWICE - $1.95 AND 38.00 AND WOULDLIKE TO CANCEL THE REQUEST ADN GET A FULL REFUND IMMEDIATELY SINCE IT TAKES 2-3 DAYS TO PRCESS ANYWAY. THANK YOU.
