I had bought the tickets 1 day ago and then I recieved a email stating the tickets were not available any longer. I called to ask what the rationale was. Kevin, the representative who answred the call could not explain the rationale and then hung up on me. I called backe to see if I can speak to another person and it seemed he was the only one that answered the phone, I requested to speak with manager and he then hanged on me twice. The representative was very rude. I would never use this website
