Unlike most of the people here, I do not have a monetary loss of money because of these people. But they keep calling me to try to get me to pay back a payday loan that my son was supposed to have taken out. At the time the loan was apparently taken out, he was only 17 and did not have a bank account. I refuse to pay them and now they are saying they will have located him and are going to serve him with papers. We have contacted the bank in which they say the money was deposited and there wasn't a bank account at that time. Nor was any money ever deposited.
