I bought a knee brace from this company I realized when I receive the knee brace I had ordered the wrong one I follow the instructions for a refund so I could reorder the correct new price I have now sent six emails and made several phone calls in which I have not received a response there is supposed to be a 60 day refund policy in which I'm supposed to receive and email so I can return the incorrect knee brace and order the correct one and to this day we're looking at six weeks at this point I have yet to receive an email where the company is located exactly I'm not sure as they have emails or addresses for Toronto and Australia and all over the place when I received the box it did say China
