It was summer and I was working on my laptop when all of a sudden my computer froze and stopped functioning completely. Out of desperation I contacted the number that appeared on my screen and a very nice man helped me out by taking complete control of my computer. After four long hours he fixed it and I was charged well over 700 dollars to have this issue fixed. I thanked him and we parted ways, after thirty long excruciating minutes of trying to get my bank to increase my credit card amount so I could be able to pay that much money to this company. I did not think much of the situation until I was contacted by the same employee about a week ago stating that the company was going out of business and were going to refund 400 back into my account, all he needed was to take control over my computer once more so we could work on some refund files or such. I then realized, I have been scammed about five months ago and was going to be scammed once more. I want this scammer down and I want my money back.
