Like many others my wife has been scammed by this company. A free trial of anti ageing cream that is not free. It took me an age to cancel this although I dispute she joined their scheme. I tried for 3 weeks but phone kept ringing and ringing. I managed to get my bank to reimburse the money.
However, the company has gone back to my bank saying we agreed to the terms and conditions and attached a raft of paperwork allegedly showing they had posted the product to us, that the terms and conditions were made clear. Dockets showing tracking of the product, emails sent to me, etc.
All look suspicious, emails never received, no packing slip etc.
I see the company keeps changing its address Cyprus, Wakefield
Be careful. You may think you are out of the woods. they are now chasing through your bank!
