On 2/5/17 RDS LABS removed $98.72 from off of my Visa Debit card without my permission for some wrinkle cream that was suppose to be a free sample. When I called the number:1-888-633-9185, I was told to mail the return merchandise back to them, through a tracking number. I was given this address: FDC Returns PO BOX 61553 Savanah, Georgia 31420. When I talked to customer service on 2/6/17 at 11:25 am and 11:50 am and was given the confirmation number of:3932630514441 for the REGENX AD Wrinkle Cream. Now I am out $98.74 for the product plus I bought a $100.00 insurance on the return package. Please help me with this situation.

- Call the number on your credit card and tell them what happened with as many details and dates as you can. Their menu won't have this as an option probably but press 0 til you get a person. You can prove you returned it, so your card might reimburse you but they will probably issue you a new card, so you'll have to go without one for a few days. good luck
