I had completed a survey in Dec.2016 it stated for completing survey I could pick a gift and only pay for shipping.$9.98. I was billed for the shipping and two week later I was billed 98.96 for the watch which was after Christmas and I had given as a present. I contacted customer service explain the situation they inform me I would have to send it back. I made sure they under stood I did not want it and that I was not going to do anymore surveys. I paid for the watch on my charge Here it is Feb 2017 and they sent me another watch charging me 49.98, just got off the phone and they explained to me I could send it back but I have to pay for shipping it back plus there will be a $49.98 restocking charge. They did tell give me a cancellation number for my account, really don't know. How should I handle this keep it or send it back?
